Bookings , Cancellations and Refunds
These terms and conditions are here to protect our livelihood and ability to offer the excellent service and dining experience that our customers have come to expect. we appreciate your adherence to them.
Upon booking please make us aware of any allergies or intolerances. Once your booking has been confirmed via email and invoice issued, if you need to cancel the following applies;
If you give more than 14 days notice of cancellation We will issue a full refund less 10% of total invoice value to cover administrative costs associated with your booking. Regrettably we cannot issue a refund if bookings are cancelled within 14 days of the event. we will be more than happy to accommodate a change to the booking date if it is mutually convenient. If you need to reduce the number of guests we are catering for please give at least 14 days notice.
For weddings due to the level of investment on staffing and produce a one month notice of cancellation or changes applies.
PAYMENT
All bookings must be fully paid for in advance; We will take a 50% deposit on booking and the balance is due *2 weeks before your event. Any bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance will be invoiced at 100% at time of booking. This is usually done via direct bank transfer/ online banking; all details required for this are shown at the bottom of your invoice.
